About the Solution Server

Server Features

• Runs Solution Files as Active Integration Services
• Managed using the Monitor Console or Shell Commands
• Can be run as a Windows Service
• Transaction Database for transaction integrity and audit trails
• History Logs with detailed Error, Warning, Info and Debug statements
• Suspend and Resume Interface Input Queues
• Edit and Resubmit Task Output documents

User Interface

When running the Server using the server.exe program, you will see the History Log in a text window. The Solution Server does not have a Graphical User Interface (GUI) for security and performance reasons. To view and manage the Solution Server and the Transaction Database, you can use either Shell Commands or the Monitor Console.
